Put the chopped dark chocolate in the bowl. Then melt in the microwave or double boiler. To prevent burning Heat for 30 seconds on high, stirring occasionally if heating in the microwave
Mix the milk cream and the melted chocolate. and mix well until we have a light ganache
Ingredients:
Spread the ganache with chocolate on the surface of the prepared cream and cover it.for best results refrigerate the dessert for at least an hour before serving to thicken and firm up.
After the set time has passed, remove the dessert from the refrigerator
