“Decadent Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf”
Ingredients:
For the Meatloaf:
2 pounds ground beef
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For the Topping:
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon mustard
For the Bacon and Cheese:
6-8 slices of bacon, cooked until crispy and crumbled
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded.
