1. Sift the wheat flour through a sieve.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sifted flour, dry yeast, and salt. Mix well.
3. Gradually add the warm water, kneading the dough until it’s smooth and elastic.
4. Grease the dough with olive oil.
5. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise for 60 minutes.

Shaping and Resting:

6. After the first rise, gently stretch the dough.
7. Wait for 20 minutes.
8. Stretch the dough again.
9. Wait for an additional 15 minutes.
10. Dust the dough with flour.

Dividing and Shaping:

11. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts.
12. Fold each piece of dough as demonstrated in the video.
13. Repeat the folding process with the second piece.
14. Cover the dough and let it rise for 30 minutes.
