Crockpot Creamy Chicken Pasta

To make this easy dinner recipe start by spraying a crockpot with cooking spray. Add one pound of chicken breasts and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, red pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning.

Add 1 tbsp of minced garlic, a 15 oz jar of Alfredo sauce, and a 24 oz jar of Marinara sauce over the top of the chicken.

I have been loving the Rao’s brand Alfredo and Marinara sauce lately, but you can use any brand you like or already have in your pantry!

Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Once the chicken is fully cooked and reaches at least 165 degrees you can shred or cut up the chicken. I prefer to remove the chicken from the crockpot and cube it up with a knife.

Next, add the cut up chicken back to the crockpot and add one cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.

Stir the chicken and cheese well and put back on low while you boil the noodles.

Boil 16 oz of pasta according to the directions on the box. I like to use Cellentani noodles for this recipe, but you can use any pasta you have!

Once the pasta is cooked drain it and add it to the crockpot. Stir everything together well.

Serve the Creamy Chicken Pasta

To serve the pasta top it with some shredded Parmesan cheese and dried parsley. We had this with some bread sticks and a Caesar salad! This would also be good with some roasted broccoli or some green beans.
