How To Make Smothered Pork Chops Recipe:
Mix: Combine the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic, and onion soup mix in the bottom of your slow cooker and give it a good stir.

Pork: Pop your pork chops right on top and flip them around to coat them in the sauce.

Cook: Cover and cook on high for about 3 hours or low for about 6 hours. You want the pork chops nice and tender – we like to be able to cut ours with a fork! So good!

Whisk: Remove the pork chops to a plate and then whisk together the gravy. It will have separated a bit as it cooks, but it comes right back together when whisked.

Serve: Place your pork chops over a pile of mashed potatoes, noodles, or rice and spoon that gravy over the top. It’s time to dig in!
