Crispy Glazed Fried Chicken Wings

Instructions:

Prepare the Chicken:
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Coat the chicken wings in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
Fry the Chicken:
Heat the oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
Fry the wings in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 8-10 minutes per batch. Make sure the chicken is cooked through.
Remove the wings and drain them on paper towels.
Make the Glaze:
In a small saucepan, combine the honey, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil.
Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Coat the Wings:
Place the fried chicken wings in a large bowl.
Pour the glaze over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
Serve:
Serve the glazed chicken wings immediately. They are perfect as an appetizer or a main dish.
Enjoy your crispy glazed fried chicken wings!
