CRISPY CHICKEN STRIPS

  1. Separate the egg yolks and egg whites.
  2. Cut the chicken into strips and mix with egg yolks, garlic, spices, salt, and cornstarch.
  3. Beat the egg whites in a bowl. Heat the oil in a pan.
  4. Dip the chicken strips in the beaten egg whites and then grill. Garnish with lettuce and tomatoes.
