Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare two shallow bowls: one with the beaten eggs and another with the cracker crumbs.
  3. In the bowl with the cracker crumbs, mix in the garlic salt and black pepper until well combined.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the eggs, ensuring it is fully coated, then dredge it in the seasoned cracker crumbs, pressing gently to adhere the coating.
  5. Arrange the coated chicken breasts in a 9×13 inch baking dish, making sure they are evenly spaced.
  6. Distribute the butter pieces on top of the chicken breasts.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
