1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
4 cups beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Tortilla chips, avocado slices, shredded cheese, and lime wedges (for serving)
