Recipe Ingredients:
2.11 cups (approximately) milk (500ml)
1 cup (approx.) sugar (200g)
1 packet of powdered pineapple drink mix
1 teaspoon emulsifier
1 teaspoon neutral thickener.
Instructions:
1- First, mix all the ingredients in a blender until you have a homogeneous mixture.
2 – Finally, transfer the mixture to a suitable mold and put it in the freezer for about 6 hours.
