Ingredients:
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet (1 ounce) of ranch dressing seasoning mix
1 package (16 ounces) of cream cheese, cut into small pieces
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 scallions, thinly sliced.
Instructions:
1. Arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom of the slow cooker.
2. Sprinkle the ranch dressing seasoning mix evenly over the chicken.
3. Distribute the pieces of cream cheese on top of the chicken.
4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours until the chicken becomes tender and easily shreds with a fork.
Shred the chicken within the slow cooker using two forks, and mix everything together.
5. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and sliced scallions.
