Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake

Instructions:

1️⃣ Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).

2️⃣ Prepare the Crust:
In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs 🍪 and melted butter 🧈. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.

3️⃣ Make the Cheesecake Batter:
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese 🧀, granulated sugar 🍬, and vanilla extract 🍨 together until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs 🥚 one at a time, beating well after each addition. Then, mix in the sour cream 🥛 until fully combined.

4️⃣ Divide the Batter:
Divide the cheesecake batter into two equal portions. Stir the strawberry puree 🍓 into one half and the melted semi-sweet chocolate 🍫 into the other.

5️⃣ Layer the Cheesecake:
Pour the chocolate batter over the crust first, spreading it evenly. Gently layer the strawberry batter on top by pouring it slowly to avoid mixing the layers.

6️⃣ Bake the Cheesecake:
Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and allow it to cool to room temperature.

7️⃣ Chill:
Once cooled, refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight for the best texture and flavor.

8️⃣ Garnish and Serve:
Before serving, garnish the cheesecake with fresh strawberries 🍓. For an extra touch, drizzle some melted chocolate 🍫 over the top.

Notes:
For an even richer flavor, you can drizzle additional melted chocolate 🍫 over the top before serving.
