Chocolate-Covered Cookie Dough Truffles
Ingredients:
For the Cookie Dough:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup mini chocolate chips
For the Coating:
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips or chocolate melting wafers
1 tablespoon vegetable oil or shortening (optional, for smoother melting)
Additional mini chocolate chips for garnish (optional).
