Chocolate Cake

2 EGGS
3 ml 1 tsp VANILLA
60 ml 1 tbsp OIL
10 ml VINEGAR
125 ml MILK
200 g 1 cup SUGAR
150 g 1 cup FLOUR
2 g 1/2 tsp SALT
40 g 1/3 cup COCOA POWDER
4 g 1 tsp BAKING SODA
4 g 1 tsp BAKING POWDER
FOR THE GLAZE :
100 g 1/2 cup SUGAR
60 g 1/2 cup COCOA POWDER
2 g 1/4 tsp SALT
20 g 2 tbsp CORNSTARCH
250 ml 1 cup MILK
2 g 1 tsp VANILLA
15 g 1 tbsp BUTTER
INSTRUCTIONS

Line a springform tin with greaseproof paper, grease, and sprinkle with flour.
