Ingredients 2 salmon fillets 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined 1 cup stone-ground grits 4 cups water or chicken broth 1 cup milk 4 tablespoons unsalted butter 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 cup chopped green onions 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning Salt and pepper to taste Lemon wedges (for serving).
