Boil eggs, rinse in cold water, remove shells, cut eggs in half and add yolks to a bowl . Mash yolks and add all the ingredients listed above. Add filling to eggs, cover and place them in the refrigerator.
For Shrimp:
24 large raw shrimp
1 teaspoon Old bay seasoning
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1/4 teaspoonfuls black pepper
2 Tablespoons of butter (for sautéing )
Melt butter in skillet, add shrimp and only cook for 1 minute on each side. Let them cool completely and then top your eggs with them. Sprinkle with parsley and paprika
