- 1 cup cabbage, finely shredded and lightly packed
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation:

- Add minced garlic and let it cook for about 20 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in the shredded cabbage, cooking for 3-5 minutes until softened. For a richer flavor, cook the cabbage until it begins to caramelize, which may take an extra minute or two.
- Spread the cabbage evenly across the pan.
- Pour in the beaten eggs, tilting the pan to distribute them evenly.
- Allow the eggs to cook for 15-20 seconds, then gently fold them over until fully cooked.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
