– In a bowl, add yeast, 1 tablespoon of sugar and warm milk (it should not be hot, it will kill the yeast) and cover for 5-7 minutes until it blooms.
In the yeast mixture, add the eggs, melted butter, flour, salt and the remaining spoonful of sugar and mix well.
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for 10 minutes or until the dough is smooth.
Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and place in a warm place until doubled in size.
Press the dough to release the air. Roll the dough into small balls and place in a greased baking dish. Cover it to let it rise again.
Bake at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes
Grease the rolls immediately after removing them from the oven.
Then enjoy the freshly baked rolls.
