Banana bread

• 1⁄2 cup butter

• 2 beaten eggs

• 2 cups 1⁄3 puree of mature bananas

*Methods

• Preheat the oven to 350 ° F (175 ° C). Gently grease a 9 × 5 “loaf pan.

• Combine the flour, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Whisk the brown sugar and butter with an electric mixer in a large separate bowl until smooth. Stir in the eggs and pureed bananas until well blended. Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture until combined. Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan.

• Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick comes out clean, about 60 minutes. Let the bread cool in a pan for 10 minutes, then turn on a wire rack to cool completely.
