Balloon Bread
INSTRUCTIONS
Let’s add sugar, yeast and milk to a suitable kneading bowl and mix. Let’s add olive oil and yoghurt to it and continue mixing.
Let’s add flour and salt in a controlled way and knead a soft dough. Let’s cover it and wait until it’s 2 layers.
Let’s take the air of the fermented dough and divide it into 2 equal meringues. Let’s open the meringues with a roller and cut the dough with the help of a container and shape it.
I string the breads we shaped on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper. Let’s cover it and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Let’s bake in a preheated 250 degree oven for 6 minutes.
