°1 cup fresh Parmesan cheese
°2 tbsp cream cheese
°1/4 tsp salt
°1/2 tsp white pepper

Make pasta to your liking. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter, add the garlic and cook for two minutes, then add the thick cream and cream cheese and heat until it bubbles, but do not boil. Add the parmesan and stir until the cheese melts. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste (you don’t need to use any of this, do it to your liking). Mix the hot sauce in the noodles and serve. Just like Olive Garden.
