1.5 lbs (680 g) baby or Yukon Gold potatoes, quartered
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried rosemary or thyme
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
