- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup mashed potatoes(from about 2 medium-sized potatoes)
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast (1 packet)
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg, beaten (for egg wash)
