M&M Cheesecake 

 

Ingredients

For the Graham Cracker Crust:

2 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs (about 2 packages of graham crackers)
¼ cup brown sugar, packed (light or dark)
10 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted.

For the Cheesecake:

24 oz cream cheese, room temperature
¾ cup white granulated sugar
½ cup sour cream, room temperature
¼ cup heavy cream, room temperature
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
3 large eggs, room temperature
¾ cup mini M&M’s
½ cup regular M&M’s

For the Whipped Cream:

1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Additional M&M’s for decoration.
