🍫 Cookie Dough Brownie Cake 🍫

A rich and indulgent three-layer brownie cake filled with a cookie dough frosting and topped with a decadent chocolate ganache. Perfect for any celebration or when you need an extra special dessert!

Ingredients

For the Brownie Cake:

1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
3 cups sugar
3 tsp vanilla extract
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup cocoa powder
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

For the Cookie Dough Filling:

3 sticks unsalted butter, at room temperature
3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
3 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp milk
2 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

For the Ganache Frosting:

4 oz semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped (or chocolate chips)
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup light corn syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
Extra chocolate chips (for garnish).
