Garlic Parmesan Sheet Pan Chicken and Veggies

Sheet pan meals are easy to make and always a win with my family! This Garlic Parmesan sheet pan meal is made with chicken tenders, kielbasa, baby potatoes, and asparagus. You can really switch up any ingredients based on what you have.

I love sheet pan meals because the veggies can be washed and prepped ahead of time, making it super easy to put everything on a sheet pan with some seasoning and get it baked in the oven in no time!

Garlic Parmesan Sheet Pan Chicken and Veggies

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic sauce
  • 12 oz pack kielbasa
  • Asparagus
  • 24 oz baby potatoes
  • 1 tbsp baking soda
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika
  • Parmesan Cheese

Prep Sheet Pan Meal

First, preheat your oven to 400 degrees and get out a big sheet pan. Spray the sheet pan with cooking spray, or cover it with aluminum foil for easy clean up.

The hardest thing about this recipe is washing all the produce and chopping the ingredients. I like to start by washing the baby potatoes and cutting them into quarters.

Add the potatoes to a pot of boiling water along with the baking soda. The baking soda will help make the potatoes crispier, but add it slowly so it doesn’t boil over. This will not fully cook the potatoes, but will parboil them. Parboiling the potatoes will help them cook more evenly in the oven.

Let the potatoes boil for eight minutes or until they are just starting to be fork tender. Drain the potatoes and set aside.

Wash one bunch of asparagus and cut the hard ends off of the asparagus.

Chop one 12 oz package of your favorite kielbasa up into rounds. I like using the smoked kielbasa or beef Kielbasa.
