Cheesy Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole

This Cheesy Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole is easy to pour together and so good!

There’s nothing better than cheesy potatoes, gravy, sausage, and eggs all combined in one delicious breakfast casserole and topped with crispy corn flakes.

This is perfect for breakfast or even breakfast for dinner and the leftover reheat well in the microwave or oven also making it a great breakfast prep. The Casserole can be baked in an oven or smoked outside on a smoker.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb bag of frozen southern style/diced hash browns
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage, browned
  • 15 oz can of Country Sausage Gravy
  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder
  • 6 eggs, whisked
  • 2 cups crushed corn flakes
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
