Ingredients:

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup buttermilk.

For the Lemon Glaze:

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2-3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest.
