Cream Filling:
2 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Caramel Sauce:
1 cup granulated sugar
6 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup heavy cream.
Assembly:
Cocoa powder for dusting.
