5 chicken thighs
4 green onions, cut in 1 inch pieces
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 scotch bonnet pepper, stem removed (alternatively use a habanero)
1 inch piece of ginger, peeled and sliced
1/3 cup lime juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp fresh thyme
1 tsp all spice
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg.
